During the holidays I rode my scooter up to the bakery to get some bread for dinner and sausage rolls for lunch. When I was there I considered getting a nice sweet treat for myself but I did not because I had already promised my parents that I would not get anything else. I did not get anything else and that is the way I showed integrity.
